Patterns, with context.

What goes into a member-day?

One member’s journal for one Monday–Friday date. We include verified members whose accounts are active when the ledger is computed. Each ledger covers the previous trading week and the 12 weeks ending that Friday. No Trade Days count towards journaling and streaks, but not trading outcomes.

Small samples stay private.

Every published bucket needs at least 5 distinct members and 20 member-days. We publish percentages, medians and rounded sample sizes. No names, contact details, account identifiers, individual results or rupee totals appear here. Only standard moods and recognised trading symbols can appear.

What the numbers mean.

Green and loss days use P&L after recorded brokerage; flat days remain in the denominator. Sleep means a self-reported quality score from 1 to 5, not hours slept. Checklist rates use stored pre-market items and do not prove they were completed before trading. Rule-break rates use evaluated challenges only.

What they cannot tell us.

Members choose which days to record. A pattern is an association, not proof that a habit caused an outcome. The journaling rate includes all verified, non-deactivated members, including those with no journals. Its denominator is weekdays since signup, plus any imported days before signup. Holidays are not excluded. This is not investment advice.

Streaks use the best run within each window. Challenge adherence is the median of members’ passed-day rates, counting overlapping challenges once per day. Symbol reach is ranked by distinct members from a conservative list of recognised symbols; it is not a complete market ranking.
